Mr. Ivan Aliberti, founder of Glocal Consulting, has a vast experience obtained in multinationalcompanies and in a variety of sectors. He takes care of the company’s control and management at administrative, financial and fiscal level, and over the past 5 years he has also supported business growth and strategic management. He is experienced in the administrative and business development and coordination in some countriesof South America – mainly in Brazil -, Central America, Southern Europe and Asia, with a focus on China, Hong Kong and India.
He shows high flexibility and is problem-solving oriented in the management and resolution of different issues, at administrative, financial, management and management control level. Mr Ivan Aliberti’s experience
Partner Manager, besides collaborating with some accounting and legal consulting firms, he has also been working on his own over the past 10 years to assist all the Italian companies with branches in Brazil – and vice versa – through continuous consulting and temporary management. He provides administrative, financial, fiscal and management support, helping companies establish and develop at administrative, commercial and productive level in both countries. He takes care of the administrative and management reorganization and of the design and management of controlling and reporting processes for the parent company. He provides business strategic development and control. Member of some Boards of Directors in charge of the administrative and financial processes, he also collaborates with some Associations dealing with entrepreneurial relationships between Europe and South America.
Responsible for the business and development activities of ITALCAM, the Italo-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce of São Paulo, aims to create synergy and networking in the Italian-Brazilian business world.
Partner Manager for a company that provides internationalization consulting services between the Italian and the Brazilian market. He gave companies administrative, financial, fiscal and management support, helping them establish and develop their administration, business and production in both countries. He planned and coordinated the administrative, financial and management activities for the organization and the development of the plant in Shanghai (PRC) and of the Business Department in Brazil, ensuring the organization of controlling and reporting processes for the parent company in Italy.
CFO & Controller Foreign Entity, he supervised all the administrative, financial and management control aspects of the two production plants in Florence and Pomezia (Italy), the one in Shanghai (China) and the business departments abroad in Argentina, Brazil, China, India, Spain and Belgium. He took care of the start-up and development phase of the foreign companies along with their business functioning. He led a team of 12 resources in Italy and 8 in the branches abroad. He analyzed the investment opportunities by designing a Business Plan and advised the BoD on the ROI. He ensured the preparation of the Consolidated Financial Statement and the single Financial Statements of the subsidiary or related companies. He guaranteed the recurring reporting to the Parent Company. He also closely collaborated with auditors and external consultants.
Finance Manager Controller of Europe branches, he coordinated the administrative, management and fiscal processes of the European branches. He supervised the preparation and provision of both the regular tax returns and the management reports. He ensured the punctual and precise editing of the Parent company’s Consolidated Financial Statement and of the local ones, according to the tax and civil regulations in force.
